 Role Summary:

We are seeking vigilant, professional, and reliable Security Guards to join our team. In this
role, you will be deployed to various client sites (residential, commercial, or industrial) to protect
property, assets, and personnel. You will act as the primary deterrent against criminal activity
and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all
times.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol & Monitoring: Conduct regular foot or mobile patrols of the assigned premises to
identify potential security risks, unauthorized entries, or equipment malfunctions.
Access Control: Manage entry and exit points by verifying credentials, signing in
visitors, and inspecting vehicles or bags as per site-specific protocols.
Surveillance: Monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems, responding immediately to any
suspicious activity or triggered alerts.
Incident Response: Act as a first responder in emergencies (fire, medical, or security
breaches), coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services when
necessary.
Reporting: Maintain detailed daily logs and prepare formal incident reports for any
thefts, injuries, or property damage occurring during the shift on the accountability app.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure all site-specific safety regulations and company policies
are strictly followed by employees and visitors.
Customer Service: Provide assistance and directions to visitors and staff in a
professional and courteous manner

1. Duty to the Client (Site-Specific Operations)

Asset Protection: Safeguard the client’s physical property, intellectual assets, and
personnel from theft, violence, or infractions.
Access Management: Execute the client’s specific visitor management policy, including
badge verification, vehicle logging, and deliveries.
Emergency Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s management
during fire drills, evacuations, or medical emergencies.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Memorize and strictly adhere to the “Post
Orders” unique to each client site (e.g., retail loss prevention vs. industrial gatehouse).
Customer Experience: Act as an ambassador for the client by providing professional
assistance to their customers, tenants, or staff.

2. Duty to LISS-LEAD

Brand Representation: Maintain a pristine uniform and professional demeanor to
uphold the company’s reputation at the client site.
Reporting & Documentation: Submit accurate Digital Activity Reports (DAR) and
Incident Reports (IR) through the company’s portal or app by the end of every shift.
Chain of Command: Promptly notify the Area Supervisor or Dispatch of any site issues,
equipment failures, or inability to cover a shift.
Equipment Care: Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of
company-issued gear (radios, torches, body cams, and patrol vehicles).
Compliance: Adhere to all company labor policies, safety training requirements, and
licensing renewals.

3. Internal Facility & Administrative Duties

Briefing Attendance: Participate in pre-deployment briefings at the company
headquarters or regional office when required.
Facility Security: When assigned to the company’s own operations center or
warehouse, manage internal access control and inventory protection.
Training & Recertification: Attend mandatory periodic training sessions (Use of Force,
First Aid, Fire Safety) conducted at the company facility.
Logistical Support: Assist in the hand-over of vehicles or equipment during shift
changes at the company’s muster point.

4. Professional Requirements & Standards

Integrity: Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding client business operations and
security protocols.
Vigilance: Remain alert and awake for the duration of the shift; “sleeping on post” is a
zero-tolerance violation.

fraternization that could compromise security objectivity.

Mobility: Ability to travel to different client sites as assigned by the scheduling
department.
Endurance: Capability to perform “clocking” rounds (scanning checkpoints) throughout
the shift, often involving stairs or uneven terrain.
