Ifeanyi Obinali
Chief Executive Officer
Ifeanyi Obinali is an entrepreneur and global security analyst, and currently CEO of LISS — LEAD Integrated Security Solutions, Lagos, and President of LEAD Security Group Inc, a physical security and protective services firm headquartered in New York City.
A City University of New York graduate in Business Administration, Ifeanyi began his security career as a security guard upon arriving the United States from Nigeria in 2008. He advanced rapidly, managing major security operations for major security companies and projects including Allied Universal Security, Summit Security, and the MTA East-Side Tunnel Access project across New York and New Jersey. In 2016 he founded LEAD Security Group, which now employs over 400 security professionals across the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut tri-state area.
Ifeanyi is a strong advocate for integrating technology with traditional security practices. Under his leadership, LEAD Security Group was recognized in 2023 as one of the United States’ top patrol service providers for its strategic use of advanced technology to deliver continuous, effective security operations.
He specializes in designing strategic, result-oriented security solutions that provides large organizations the confidence and protection to operate safely, ensuring people, visitors, and assets remain secure around the clock.
Lt. Commander E.T. Jejelowo (Ret.)
Chief Operating Officer
Lt. Commander E.T. Jejelowo (Ret.) is a retired officer of the Nigerian Navy. He enlisted in 1998 as a member of 2AK and was commissioned as a Sub-Lieutenant in 2005. Over the course of his career, he completed numerous military and civilian missions and trainings both in Nigeria and abroad.
A graduate of Accountancy from the Ondo State Polytechnic which he attended from 1999 to 2002, earning both a National Diploma (ND) and a Higher National Diploma (HND).
Lt. Cdr. Jejelowo retired in 2023 from the Nigerian Navy after decades of meritorious service. He describes his naval experience as a lesson in service excellence: that service is not merely comfort, but the creation of memorable, respectful interactions.
He carried out his duties with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to making others feel valued and welcome. Lt. Commander E.T. Jejelowo (Ret.) brings so much wealth of experience to LISS – LEAD Integrated Security Solutions team.
Victoria Kaonyeas
Human Resources Manager
Victoria Amarachi Kaonyeaso is a dynamic legal practitioner and Human Resource professional with over five years’ experience in law, talent acquisition, team leadership, workforce management, and internal HR recruitment operations.
Victoria brings a unique blend of legal insight and people-management expertise, enabling her to effectively align organizational objectives with strategic human capital development.
A 2020 Law graduate of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Victoria has built a reputation for excellence in creating efficient HR systems, optimizing employee performance, and fostering workplace cultures that drive productivity, engagement, and long-term organizational growth.

A Computer Science graduate of Delta State University, Emmanuella brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, technology-driven insight, and relationship management expertise to her role. Her approach is deeply rooted in collaboration and long-term value creation—she goes beyond delivering services to cultivating trusted partnerships that strengthen organizational resilience.

Paul Phillips
Dispatch / Logistics Manager
Paul Phillips is an experienced Safety Manager with over 15 years of delivering QHSE leadership across oil & gas (offshore/onshore), construction, civil engineering, dredging, and corporate sectors. He specializes in security systems development, safety and loss prevention, incident and injury prevention, risk assessment and job safety analysis.
Paul is a proven leader who cultivates positive safety cultures, drives performance through targeted training, and sustains strong stakeholder relationships via clear, effective communication. He holds a BSc in Project Management from the University of Benin Republic Benin, and an HND in Industrial Safety Engineering Technology (2005), and a Diploma in Industrial Safety & Environmental Engineering Technology (2000) from Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun.
Paul excels at developing and implementing security safety plans, conducting audits and incident investigations, ensuring the safe operations of high risk projects, combining technical expertise with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Donald Onyedikachi
Finance / Accounting Manager
Donald Onyedikachi is a seasoned, trained financial analyst and the Finance and Accounting Manager at LEAD Integrated Security Solutions Limited. He brings comprehensive financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.
He holds a diploma in Banking and Finance from Delta State Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lagos State University. With over five years’ experience working for major local and international financial organizations like Deloitte and Randstad Canada, Donald brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in financial reporting and controls, delivering accurate financial insights, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
Donald works with internal and external partners and cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business objectives, supporting the sustainable growth of LEAD Integrated Security Solutions Limited.
